Dan is a dedicated Social Worker with 10 years of experience in diverse mental health settings. Passionate about using ACT and DBT approaches, Dan focuses on helping individuals build emotional resilience and work toward meaningful life goals.
Catherine is a Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner with training in CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. She supports people of all ages with neurodiversity, intellectual disability, PTSD, and complex, high-risk behaviours, providing individual interventions and team training to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.

Mehrnaz holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over 10 years’ experience across counselling, mental health and behaviour support roles.
